EVCC do not start scheduled charge

EVCC is running in PV mode. I have set a schedule that at 18:00 car should be charged upto 80%. The timeslot it selects is from 15:00-16:00. Until 15:00 it charges at PV mode. I expected that it will do a fast charged from 15:00 (late charge is not enabled). But it did not do that which I do not understand. Car is at that moment 77%. In the log I see:

So it needs 7m to charge to 80%, but is there a minimum length for a timeslot to do the highspeed charge?
