Really thrilled to see an open source PoS for restaurant in Flutter !
What is the roadmap ? Will it be possible to plug another backend than firebase ?
How does this project differs from : https://github.com/elrizwiraswara/flutter_pos

There's no roadmap for now since I only work on this in my free time.
Our features are different, check out the README to compare!
Finally, we run offline with no backend (or local backend like SQLite) and Firebase is only used for error tracking and product analytics.

ok I understand, restaurants features are very specific and different from standard / mainstream PoS,
I'm interested in contributing if plugging a backend makes sense to you at some point
