Workflow without name is successfully created. Is that intended?

You can create, save as, and import workflows without name. Is that an intended feature? I feel like it makes it difficult to differentiate between workflows, if they don't have any name, even with the number and the picture. 
Suggestion: 
Maybe adding a default name, like _New workflow_ , or _Unnamed workflow_ , and put a counter on it.
