Support new type of data source: JDBC #637
Description
In this case, all options related only to CSV format must be suppressed. Allow editing of the following attributes: Name, format, enabled, public, description and (NEW) SQL command.
SQL Command must be a textarea field.
API is already implemented in Limonero, including support to infer schema (available in dev).
