EIP-4844 support (transaction detection and blobs retrieval)

I'm looking for an example or the reference documentation showing how to identify EIP-4844 transactions in a block and retrieve the blobs associated with that transaction.

To identify an EIP-4844 transaction, examine the tx.type which should be type 4.

I’m actually not sure yet. They don’t live on the execution layer (like the provider you are connected to), only on the consensus layer, so you would need a connection to a beacon node (as I understand it).

There is blob explorer too, which I may make a provider similar to EtherscanProvider for the purpose of providing an extra third-party option to fetch blobs.
