It should be possible using the provider.getTransactionResult but you will need access to an archive node. That data is not stored on chain, so you need a node that can replay the transaction from that block’s state to get the result.

well...but why arhive? I'm sending a TX in real time, it's just I'm gettin the status 0 but not the exact message. the link was just to show the message example origin

It’s the way Ethereum works. You must pay for all data stored within a receipt. When an event is logged, it costs the transaction 375 additional gas, which is why it can be retrieved.

When a revert happens, the data (which is that string “FeeLibrary: …” is not stored in the receipt, since otherwise it would have cost extra to save it. The result, regardless of a return or a revert is not stored in the transaction receipt.

So, to get that value, you must have a node capable of “replaying” that transaction. This is what an archive node can do. It can use the state from the beginning of that block, and then replay all the transactions in that block before your transaction and then do a trace on your transaction, from the known state before your transaction began, simulating it’s execution, which allows it to compute what the final result was, in your case a revert with the string “FeeLibrary: …”.
