Not returning events in in Transaction receipt?

I am using the below code to get the transaction data which should include logs and topics because they are fired from the smart contract and are also visible on polygon explore :

There is a public getter for logs, can you try txData.logs ?

But interestingly if you console.log(txData) it does not include logs (mostly because it is marked private, cc @ricmoo).
