We encountered a surprising incompatibility between the Signer type between 6.1 and 6.2. This isn't strictly a bug so feel free to close if you don't think it's relevant but wanted to bring it to you attention.

There isn't anything that can be done at this point, but I am super curious as to what change made it incompatible...

I'm going to move this to discussion, since it isn't anything that is really actionable, but I am curious if someone can explain the difference in "shape", for future reference.
