Error with queryFilter

Hello guys. I have a problem when i want to get logs from event.

I successfully can create filter

const filterTo = contract.filters.CreateStream(null, myAddress);

But when i want to call queryFilter,

const logs = await contract.queryFilter(filterTo);

i have this error:

Could you please help me with this problem? How can i fix this error and get logs?
