Having error while deploying on Ganache.

Ganache's default port is 8546. Can you confirm if you have it customized and the RPC URL is proper "https://127.0.0.1:7545"?

Yes Port and RPC URL is proper.

Okay, I noticed there's "https", it should be "http". That should be the issue.

Otherwise you can verify if the node is reachable by trying of curl works on it
