Keep getting error from calling the Multicall function on the contract

I'm trying to perform a swap using this code that I got from this awesome github (https://github.com/thallo-io/ethers-js-cheatsheet) but I keep getting an error. This code works fine when I'm swapping ETH to DAI, but when I'm trying to swap an ERC20 token, an error would pop up. What am i doing wrong here? I can't figure out what's preventing me from executing this successfully.
