How do we define our API keys when using the ethers CLI ?

Hi,

When using ethersas a js library we can define our API keys for the various services like this:

const provider = ethers.getDefaultProvider(network, {
    etherscan: YOUR_ETHERSCAN_API_KEY,
    infura: YOUR_INFURA_PROJECT_ID,
});

But how do we define those keys when just using the CLI (ethers, ethers-ens)?

The simplest way would be to define some ENV variable in our shell, but couldn't find anything like this in ethers codebase....
