Event class needs more info about fromblock and toblock

        return this;

the class Event cannot get the info of from block and to block about EventFilter type. Which we can not eth subsribe on special from block and to block event

I'm not quite sure what the question is. This is an internal method, and not something external consumers should be accessing.

The Event object generates the Filter (without the from/to block) included; that is handled during the polling and processing of events.
