Use Ethers with web3React or web3Modal

Hi All,
I'm struggling to find examples that use the web3React/web3modal tools that also use ethers. Most of the examples are in web3.js

I have created a front end with ethers but want to add support for walletconnect and frame wallets but have a really hard time finding and examples that users ethers (which I have implemented) so then i can figure out the minor details of what I'm doing wrong. Any demos, gits or videos is welcome.
