JsonRpcProvider does not working to create Contract Instance

Hey, Thanks latest version v5.5.1.
Just before I'm trying to upgrade version to latest and got error. With v5.4.1 it worked

const provider = new ethers.providers.JsonRpcProvider(NETWORK_URLS[chainId])
const ens = new ethers.Contract(ContractAddress, abi, provider)

in here provider does not match right Type.

Argument of type 'JsonRpcProvider' is not assignable to parameter of type 'Provider | Signer | undefined'.
  Type 'JsonRpcProvider' is not assignable to type 'Provider'.
    The types returned by 'resolveName(...)' are incompatible between these types.
      Type 'Promise<string | null>' is not assignable to type 'Promise<string>'.
        Type 'string | null' is not assignable to type 'string'.
          Type 'null' is not assignable to type 'string'.ts(2345)

Any Idea? ;)

Can you remove your node_modules/, package-lock.json and do npm install?
