If it is Ethereum compatible, yes. I don't know anything about Solana though, so not sure that is is EVM compatible.

@wapkagut Solana is not ethereum compatible, there is no intersection in the RPC apis. So you can't use to interact with Solana network. Only the utils bucket of this library (which is independent of the network) could be useful.
