Network error when using NodeGui (event="noNetwork", code=NETWORK_ERROR)

I am trying to use ethers together with the NodeGui package to create a interface for trading. When attaching a button to a function that uses ethers, I get the following error:

Running the ethers function directly through node works completely fine. Any ideas how to fix this?

It is likely that the Node URL that is passed might be having some typo or Node is not able to be accessed at that URL. Can you verify that once?

If I just run the javascript with node, it works completely fine and completes the trade. The node URL is the standard BSC RPC endpoint, https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/. I've tried other nodes, same issue

Oh, so the node works but still you're getting this error, that's odd. Is it possible for you to provide any snippet/minimal reproduction code?

If you clone this repo (NodeGUI starter) and add a function like this for example:

const { ethers } = require("ethers");

const NODE_URL = 'https://main-light.eth.linkpool.io/'
const provider = new ethers.providers.JsonRpcProvider(NODE_URL);

provider.getBlock(100000).then(console.log)

It seems that NodeGUI can't connect to the node. Any idea why? If I try a simple HTTP request to a API through axios for example, everything works fine. And the above code works completely fine if just running it through pure Node.
