I'm unaware of Harmony, but ethers does work fine with Ethereum compatible chains, like xDai. Keep in mind that gas prices are high on Ethereum because of demand. As demand shifts to other networks, those networks will also become expensive, so remaining able to pivot back is also useful. I'm most excited about the upcoming flood of L2 solutions. :) |

@sullof Did you get it to work with Harmony? I am actually trying to get it to work with either Harmony or Moonbeam. I know Moonbeam won't work as their engineering team got back to me. Do you know if it will work with Harmony? If so, how did you get it to work? Thanks in advance! |

Hi,
Since the gas prices of eth is astronomically high, I have been exploring other options on my project. I was wondering if anyone else has the same feeling. In any case, I was trying to use ethers.js to connect to harmony one through jsonrpc but with no luck. Has anyone tried anything similar? It'd be great to get some tips on how to get it to work.
Thanks!
