Research Report on Multi-Party Automation
Description
Related to the work outlined in [BLIP-] Analyst Report On Multiparty Workflow Spend and Tools, this item tracks the efforts for IDC to conduct an original study on multiparty automation. The effort will be sponsored by several organizations that aim to solve the same problems as the Baseline Protocol, around optimizing processes and spending between organizations, and gather research design requirements from participating organizations.
Anyone is welcome to join these efforts by reaching out to Baseline Outreach Members - Sonal Patel, Carol Geyer, or Paula Lowe.
Definition of 'Done'
- Several companies join the effort as sponsors / stakeholders
- Report is complete based on agreed upon proposal, including all research design reqs.
Steps
- Contact analyst firms to find good fit for report
- Work through draft proposals from IDC
- Obtain final proposal from IDC
- Start list of prospects to sponsor the study
- Write out messaging template for outreach to sponsors
- Outreach to prospective organizations to sponsor the study
- Finalize list of sponsors for study
- Outline needs for sessions to collect design requirements from sponsors
