Lock wait timeout error on Commerce products

Description

One of the multiple lock-error's ive received:

We're also getting errors when opening products, the loader behind the product-title stays spinning and returns a lock-timeout error regarding tm_elements (visible through the Chrome inspector). The errors are not logged in the Craft logs.

The issue occurs when:
Creating a new product

Steps to reproduce

1. Fill in complete form data for product
2. Click save
