Plugin installation stuck in Installing state

Trying out etherpad for the first time, wanted to install some plugins, stuck in Installing state on admin pad.

This is almost certainly a bug in the ep_tables4 plguin. Please contact the developer of that plugin for support. https://github.com/WC2-Foundation/ep_tables4
