EIP-6963 integration and update extension version

• Integrate trampoline with EIP-6963: (Multi-Wallet Provider Discovery - https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-6963).
• Update extension version from the deprecated version 2 to version 3 - and make it pop up when clicked like MetaMask instead of opening a webpage.
• Update the default bundler (the previous one was buggy, stackup seems to be better).
