Simple Hello World

Hi,
I'm trying to get started with a simple hello world with eta and deno, but I keep getting the following error:

My code:

import * as Eta from "https://deno.land/x/eta@v1.12.3/mod.ts";
Eta.render("<% layout('./test.eta') %>", { title: "Hello World!", message: "testing 1 2 3" } );

test.eta is in the same directory and is simply:

<div id="content">
  Testing
</div>

I am running with all permissions, just to be sure it's not permissions related:

deno run --allow-all sandbox.ts

Any help would be appreciated.
