Callout styling mechanism on native SharePoints pages.

Hello.
I found doctor application being searching how to get style callouts paragraphs in modern SharePoint using a webpart and.... I am heavily surprised that there is not out-of-box solution.
This is even more funny as Microsoft does use alerts/callouts styled block on their Learn platform https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/contribute/markdown-reference

My question would be:

• any idea how to get this functionality on modern SharePoint page? I need to keep this easy for my non-developers documentation contributors.
