LED, Buzzer, Door Sensor, MQTT

Hello, 
today I received the ESP RFID Relay board and it works fine. I am really excited and want to buy some more.

But I dont know how can I activate the Buzzer an the LED from the Reader?
What about the Door Sensor, I can only see the status at the Event Log.

I would like to read and control everything via MQTT.
