Adapt micro_speech example to IDF v5 (TFMIC-59)

Feature description

First of all, many thanks for this repo and the awesome work.

I noticed that the micro_speech example doesn't work on the latest v5.5 IDF because of I2S API changes.
Actually the changes were introduced in the first v5 versions but the old API was still working (although deprecated) until v5.4.
Any plans to update micro_speech example for v5.5 IDF ?
I would gladly contribute and adapt the example myself but I'm new to this environment and unsure about how to update the example.

I was working on porting the code to IDF v5.3 and ADF v2.7. I have a version which compiles but I did not have time to test on HW I have (ESP32S3-BOX-3). I'll soon make a separate repo, only for the modified micro_speech, and I can post the link here if you are interested.

My repo with modified code for micro_speech is now available here: https://github.com/istvanzk/esp-box-3_micro_speech . The actual run-time tests on the ESP32-S3-BOX-3 hardware are still pending.

Hi @vikramdattu My version of the code is very specific for ESP32-S3-BOX-3 (I2S/I2C microphones, ES7210). I don't have plans to generalize beyond this platform for the time being.
