dependency error

There is an error in the instructions. This package does not build even on collab.
"onnx==1.12.0" does not exist.

I tried to install different versions of dependencies, but they do not build.
pip install --no-cache-dir "espnet==202304" "espnet_onnx==0.1.11" "typeguard==2.13.3"
What versions of packages should I install?
