Any template to build a lib component

Any how I do have a project that must be split into main+libraries, Looked everywhere on how to create a library crate without success. Could anyone point me in the right direction. A simple example like a project with a lib that returns a random number (0-100) will help. Using esp32-c3/c6 with/without std.
