Show commit message for ESMF hashes

It would be very convenient to be able to see the commit message associated with ESMF hashes from within the summary tables. Also, we should add a link to ESMF GitHub for the given hash so we can easily navigate to the code.

First pass at this is complete. Consider updating implementation to add commit messages to the internal database as a cleaner implementation.
