I found pagmo today and instantly wished I had found it 5 years ago. Thank you for bringing these algorithms together in a better implementation than I could ever make myself.
Do you have any documents comparing the performance of different algorithms on the standard problems? I am aware that such comparisons are hard to make meaningful and do well, but there are so many algorithms to choose from today.
On the same track, from looking through the documentation, am I right to think that de1220 is a good algorithm to start with?
(My particular problem is a moderately sized one. 26 parameters, single-objective)
