Has anyone seen a style to check the self-descriptive quality of a link?

Sorry if it seems lame but I'm a tech writer rather than an engineer these days, and I'm struggling to work out how to write a good style to check the number of words and usability of the link. Does that exist? IF not, any pointers to write the rule (regex ideas) would be much appreciated.

@stichbury Not specifically this, but there are styles for checking for "here", "click" type link text.

Thanks @ChrisChinchilla! I'm using those, maybe I just need to look at what else our team typically use that's too terse and regex for that. I appreciate the swift follow-up.
