Hi Nick,
I noticed there's no discussion option in this repo—would you be open to enabling it, or do you prefer another way to communicate?

I imported the output of
erosion_gpu_multiscale.py
(1009x1009) into Unreal Engine 5 (screenshot attached), and it looks great! Do you have any plans to implement large water body erosion, like ocean shores, in soillib? That could really enhance shoreline realism. I'd be happy to contribute, though I’ll need to catch up on the details first. -
Would you be interested in a
soillib
Docker VSCode devcontainer? I can submit a PR with a CUDA-enabled setup, which would only add a.devcontainer
directory with the necessary config files. -
Curious—was CUDA a deliberate choice, or could OpenCL have been an option as well?
