Description
Per MSC3952, when you mention someone, you're supposed to include an m.mentions property in your event content when you mention someone. The calendar bot doesn't do this.
(Indeed, MSC4210 recommends removing the legacy rules from the spec, at which point, implementations which honour new versions of the spec won't see mentions from calbot at all.)
