Shouldn't ClientId be secret?

Hey, reading the docs of MyAnimeList it says that the ClientId should be kept secret.
You are sharing the id here:

constexpr auto kClientId = "f6e398095cf7525360276786ec4407bc";

Isn't that an issue?
