Change IP for Equinor network

Notice: Upcoming source public ip address change for Equinor Internet and Equinor Approved
To improve resiliency and scalability we plan to change the current public source ip of 143.97.110.1 for equinor-internet and equinor-approved networks.
The new public source will be a full subnet, 143.97.110.0/24.
If you are aware of any dependencies on the public source ip address, you should now start to prepare for this change by replacing any existing source ip constraint where 143.97.110.1 is used, and specify 143.97.110.0/24 instead.
You will be informed at least 3 weeks before the change is made.
