Bug: Width issue

Bug regarding width settings for flow diagram explorer.

Two issues:

1. If dynamically changing the width

   • The timeslider ticks and slider positions are not adjusted
   • Width changed from 100% to 1000px
     

2. If percentage width/height:

   • Timeslider, minimap and zoom-action buttons positions are not placed relative to map width.
   • width = 80%
