Prepare launch of the Sponsorship satellite site 29 August

The Sponsorship satellite site is now in progress, and they will (probably) ask for it to be launched Friday 29 August. Please list tasks needed for developers and editorial team, and prepare for this launch. 
We did make a redirect, but that was just within the site and can be deleted by anyone - right?
