Pre-populate database with simulated results

currently when clicking on the labresults table, all models that can run with those input data will do so and then we have to wait for the results. We could always pre-run them and this would be instant.

I think adding this will make it easier: #505 (don't need a "fake" project for the results)- at least it makes sense not doing it before that is merged..

Also it is probably important to get #488 solved, cause otherwise it will be difficult to know when to rerun some of the simulations.
