Feature request: make http link clickable by mouse, after pressing ctrl key.

For nvim, with modern terminal, such as Windows terminal on Windows OS, http link is clickable by mouse after pressing ctrl key, which is super handy.

Please have similar feature in the gui software.

It is probably best to use existing neovim plugins or features like netwrw gx. Those can already support the parsing of urls, mouse interaction, commands and work in both GUI/TUI.

Specifically from our side I would be ok with exposing QDesktopServices::openUrl in order for the UI to open emails/websites/etc using desktop apps. e.g. from vimscript
