can we simulate a spatial chirped pulse( i want a super Gaussian envelope in which the wavelength of the oscillating field is increasing from front to back of the pulse). if possible kindly tell me how

Can I just check what exactly mean. How would you like the wavelength to vary?

yes please, i want carrier wave having increasing wavelength and the envelope is gasussian

Have you tried setting the laser frequency or wavelength to be a function of time, and combining this with the Gaussian laser example (https://epochpic.github.io/quickstart/basic_examples/laser.html)? I've not tried this before, but I think it would be a good start.

thanks for your suggestion, if the wavelength is a function of time then the wavelength would either continuously decrease or increase but i want the variation of wavelength within the pulse but that structure shouldn't change with time
