It looks like the add_coverage() function wants quantile scores. Is there a workflow for sample-based scores to coverage? It'd seem that if one has samples then they can compute the coverage of intervals.
I think the sample-based works for PIT? It would seem that PIT to coverage is possible, so this could use the same logic?
