EVG "-sel" string segmentation

During the review:
#181 (comment) and #169
the following is considered:

• evgMrmApp/Db/evgTrigEvt.db into mbbo-s like:

1. Mxc + AC + Front
2. Univ0..9
3. Univ10..15
4. Rear0..9
5. Rear10..15 (it would be not used by MTCA).

• evgMrmApp/Db/evgDbus.db using the same concept.
