Using transformations correctly?

I setup a transformation like in the attached screenshot.

When it translates I get something like this:

I need to remember to do three things. One, go to the store, two, take the dogs for a walk, three. Get the book.Okay, here's the transcript formatted for easy reading:

To Do:

1. Go to the store.
2. Take the dogs for a walk.
3. Get the book.

What am I doing wrong?

Finally got it! For anyone in the future make sure you check your settings so that you only paste the transformation, not the translation.
