1. some sort of option for a fallback option (like if my current api provider is down > next provider > local). just so i dont have to keep switching manually. if it's too much work, dont worry about it... it might only be a me problem

2. maybe an option to submit a custom vocabulary list. even though i directed it in the system prompt, i still have to retype pretty much everry uncommon words (medical diseases + new drug names)

otherwise, love the work you are doing. wished i found this gihub earlier... thank you so much for this!
