Clean up Edge Examples Quay Repos

There are a bunch of old things in the edge examples space that need removing if they are not used (the question is -- are they used? And can we shift off of them if they are?)

• edge-streamlit-demo was last updated a year ago, and the streamlist example is now in edge-streamlit-example repo. Is edge-streamlit-demo unique from the -example form?
• *-core repos were used during example development going to the new Edge Proxy structure and these are no longer needed.
• edge-native-flask-app-demo is the repository for the React example and it has a bunch of tags that we might be able to delete (keeping tags 1.1.0 and 1.3.0 only):
  • react (old naming?)
  • streamlit5, streamlit4, streamlit3, streamlit2, streamlit (now has its own repo)
  • plotly-example (now has its own repo)
  • panel-example (now has its own repo)
  • edge-minimal-example (now has its own repo)
  • testing
  • latest (we should use version numbers and not latest, for predictability)
  • dash
  • 1.1 (shouldn't this be 1.1.0? Which exists)

In removal of applications, we need to make sure that:

• Any deployed applications such as those in the "demo" org are no longer being used to demonstrate Edge (ask @akhalighi )
• These images are not used in e2e testing (https://github.com/enthought/edge-product/blob/main/src_e2e/src/edge_e2e/state/custom_apps.py)
• These images are not used in smoke testing (https://github.com/enthought/edge-product/blob/main/testing/data/e2e_test_apps.ipynb)

The dashboard app is located here: https://github.com/enthought/edge-examples/tree/97560c9aa25f2c3c4b68de036ce0678ad5e73bf1/dashboard-app-example.

We will keep using this image "edge-dashboard-demo" as part of our e2e testing but we should move it to another location than the edge-examples repo.

Collating the list of repos that are in usage will require identifying them in:

• e2e notebooks
• edge-examples
• documentation
• sales demonstrations

@dpinte this issue is stale for a year. @carlosdtrejo and I discussed this and it may be better to leave this alone. Deleting repos that are in usage but haven't been identified is riskier than keeping stale ones around, which seems to have little impact. Many of these repos have one or more tags in use, but have stale tags which are the only things that would be removed. Is it ok to icebox this issue?

Once example repos are migrated to quay.enthought.com as part of #2905, then the repos here can be sunset
