branch with WIP changes. doesn't fix anything but might be worth a look:

issues found:

• the one above. it happens after opening the app while offline
• refreshing the app while offline:
  • if on a cloud folder - an error dialog is shown (rather than redirecting to local, with an error toast notification saying 'you are currently offline')
  • if on a local category but the user clicks back onto a cloud category, ⚠️ an error is thrown in an infinite loop. i spent time debugging this, and it seems like an issue internal to tanstack query, however it seems like the query is not fetched multiple times, yet the error is thrown hundreds of times. it could also be a bad interaction of useSuspenseQuery - specifically the one for getAssetDetails in DriveBarNaviation.tsx
