Submit PR to POI to remove awt depenency

As part of this MR #13842 we patched our copy of POI to remove its dependency on awt

We now need to make those changes as a MR to the POI source code and submit an MR to that project to fix it upstream.

After that has been done and merged and POI have released a new version we can update to that version and remove our local changes.
