I am using an Uranium UI Community Toolkit dialog to display a form view to add data and store it in local database and display the data in data grid. If I click cancel on the dialog it does not closes and throw exception like

System.InvalidOperationException message=An attempt was made to transition a task to a final state when it had already completed.
