Question About the Encapsulation

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the implementation of EEBUS in general. The EEBUS spec said that the encapsulation has to be XML. But in the reality, the most of people which works on it uses a JSON encapsulation (only JAVA developpers used XML). Is there any reason of that ? Is this because the developers want to harmonise EEBUS and OCPP ?

I have another little question about
"Important: In contrast to the EEBUS recommendation to use a "Generic" client feature, this library does not support this for the local device! Instead one should create a feature type with the client role for every required feature"
Why doing this choice ? Is it to be more portable and accurate ?
