So while I believe this properly supports exporting for Starfield textures, it doesn't appear to follow along with Substance Painter's ability to export/convert to child folders. (Like exporting the Metallic file to output/Metallic/metallic.dds) Maybe you need to figure out a way to escape the /s when passing the directories to texconv?
